Samsung Galaxy Note 5 What's New
Samsung launched its pre-holiday product announcements today with two phablets the Galaxy Note and Galaxy 5 S6 + margin. Gizmag was on the ground in New York City, and got some hands-on time with the pair of handsets. The Galaxy Note S Pen 5 with clicking on the end of the stylus on the touch 5 After clicking the tip of the pen, it stands out a little - make it easier to unsheathe the grade 5 appears to the same cameras that we in Galaxy saw S6 If you also Samsung leaks during the last month or two then did not follow today's launch offer many surprises. This time rumors right on the money with these two handsets are almost identical to each other. Like the Galaxy S6 has earlier this year, the note is 5 Draft a big step forward for the lineup. Last year's Note 4 already some steps in this direction took, with its aluminum frame, but the score is 5 for all premium. Gone are pleather back the last two models, replaced by smooth, slanted Gorilla Glass. 4It feels great in your hand: big screen, but something less than a ridiculously large phone. After phablets transition from novelty to standard, it looks like the next step in their evolution is a little to be small, while the same spacious screens. Shaving removes foreign space, until finally all screen (or close to it). The note S Pen (stylus) is not the metal finish we had hoped for, but it has a metallic - faux metal plastic, that is. It looks and feels better than the Note 4 spring, but in spite of its new Premium-focus, it shows that Samsung is still willing, a design corner or cut two
An even greater side of the S Pen's new clicky cap (our word, not by Samsung). If the pin is in the Note 5, inserted flush with bottom edge of the phone, just press her end and - click! - It pops out a little. This makes it much easier to slide out, avoiding all fingernail-fiddling, you had to do on older Galaxy Notes.
Once the pin out, you will notice the lid has no functional significance (except perhaps nervous Click it, if you've had too much caffeine). Penmanship feels even smoother than it has on the note, and the more solid feel of the pen tip, there is rather a writing with a real pen feel than ever before. The jump is not as big as it was from the 3-4 score, but it is still noticeable. With each new note, Samsung always adds a new pen-based software into the mix, and this year is no exception. Our favorite of the demo is the ability to take screenshots multipage. After activation of the Air Command option, asks a pop-up option if you continue scrolling you want your screen. Select Yes, and take a long screen - ideal for capturing documents or entire web pages. Another cool feature is the ability to take notes on the screen when it is switched off. Drag the S Pen a note, something on the black screen (the digital ink is a white-ish color) and save it, if you like. It eliminates one step from the process of jotting down quick thoughts. -
The Galaxy Note 5 has the same specifications as previous model display: AMOLED, 5.7-inch, Quad HD (2560 x 1440) resolution. It looks just as stunning as it did on the grade 4 has one year ago. Note 5 also jumps up to 4GB of RAM (last year's version had 3 GB), and when paired with its 64-bit octa-core processor, sets the phone to feel zippy even when jumping from app to app. Over the past few years, we have both rapid charging and wireless charging are growing in popularity, but the Note 5 (S6 and Edge +) puts both seen together. You can not test load times in a hands-on area, but Samsung says its new fast wireless charging can juice up a dead note 5 to 100 per cent in just two hours. If it works as advertised, this will resolve our only complaint with wireless charging. You are no longer to choose between convenience and speed.
The note camera has the same specifications as the GS6 (16 MP rear, 5 MP front) and we suspect that they are the same sensors. Home button double-tap shortcut of GS6 is also here. Our test shots in hands-on area looked great and (unsurprisingly) similar to the GS6 shots. From where we stand now, the Galaxy Note 5 looks pretty similar to what he had to. Much more premium build, convenient pen and more productivity-based software additions. With each generation has its flagship Samsung phablet made as a digital pen and pad more. Nobody talks about PDAs more but Samsung's phablet is continuing her legacy in everything but name.
